Great Northern's Wenatchee - Oroville line

The GN Wenatchee - Oroville branch line includes connections to Canadian Pacific (north staging), enabling interchange and bridge line service. Currently main level trackage is about 85% complete, with trains running. Helix in adjacent shop area is is under construction with plans for second deck to represent towns along the line - Entiat, Chelan Falls, Pateros, Omak, Oroville. Inspiration from Langlot and McClellan books "The Rusty Dusty" and "Rocky's Road" on GN in eastern Washington, Idaho and Montana. Traffic on the line will be heavy on fruit, with lumber, sand agricultural products, plus coal. Freely borrowing industry from other eastern WA locations as needed. Era is still under contemplation, but 1950-60 is current goal.
