SoundRail 2026 Schedule
Thursday, March 19:
Registration 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM, dinner break, then open again 7:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Optional extra sessions on Joe Green's layout and Ron Auletti's layout in Sequim (all day)
Optional extra session on PSMRE layout in Tacoma from 4-7pm
Friday, March 20:
Leave the hotel between 7:30 and 9:15 AM for operating session #1.
Evening - Dinner on your own - Open Houses at area layouts
Saturday, March 21:
Leave the hotel between 8:00 and 9:00 AM for operating session #2.
Evening - Dinner on your own (no banquet this year)
Sunday, March 22:
Leave the hotel between 8:00 and 9:00 AM. for operating session #3
Sessions end between 3pm and 4:30pm, plus travel times to airport - WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND booking flights no earlier than 7pm (maybe 6 if you have TSA PreCheck)
Open Houses at area layouts
Monday features a couple more optional extra sessions on Joe Green's layout and Ron Auletti's layout in Sequim (all day)
NOTE: Layouts furthest from the hotel will have earlier departures. Check your info packet for specific information. DO NOT LEAVE before checking in with the SoundRail rep in the lobby - we don't want anyone left without a ride!!!
